Hi there!

If that sounds like you, then keep reading…
Who You Are
WOO – winning others over. You have a great capacity to inspire and motivate others. You’re not just a cheerleader, rather you are adept and skillful in social settings. You are outgoing and personable. You build strong relationships.
High Emotional Intelligence. People are no mystery to you. You have the ability to read others and understand their emotions, perspectives, and motivations.
A Good Listener. You are curious about people’s stories. You see each person as one of a kind and are intrigued by their unique qualities. You are attentive to people’s individual styles, attitudes, and interests.
A High Achiever. You gain momentum with accomplishing goals. You have a particularly high motivation, drive and determination to succeed.
You have an innate ability to connect people. Like a conductor of an orchestra, you know how to blend the right sounds, instruments, and voices, at the right time to create the finest musical performance. You can predict how people will work together in the future and make decisions accordingly.
Resilient. You have a firm grasp of who you are, it’s difficult for someone to say or do something that gets your goat. You have the ability to transform failures into nuggets of improvement. This creates the tendency to get right back up every time you fall down.
Organized & Process-Driven. It excites you to improve on processes to reach max-efficiency and scalability.

How to Apply
We have a non-standard application process. To get started, we ask a few questions you might normally find at the beginning of an interview. This helps accelerate the process and lets us get to know you right out of the gate. Make sure to answer each question.
Once you’re done, just wait for us to reply. It can take some time to review all the applications, but we do read all of them and we reply to everyone, even if it doesn’t seem like a great fit.
We’re excited and look forward to hearing from you soon!
