I never knew the kitchen was one of the more important rooms to stage in order to attract more buyers! My husband was recently extended a job promotion, but it involves a last-minute move out of state. The points in the article are very similar to the ones my real estate agent friends speak about. One in particular likes to speak to home buyers a few months prior to putting a house on the market if possible so that the sellers have time to make any corrections needed to make the house sell fast but also mentally prepare them for what will take place once the house is on the market. My brother is thinking about selling his house so that he can move closer to work in order to shorten his commute during the winter, but his living room tends to get dirty during the day when his son plays by himself. He should consider keeping his home in good condition so that he can sell it more quickly.
